In her role as Research Manager, Barr will be responsible for managing the firm's high-performing research team. Barr's philosophy in her role stems from years of experience in the field and is focused around one thing - communication. Her attention to detail coupled with excellent listening skills and expert research knowledge allows her to create a positive environment for her team while working to streamline the executive search process.

Previous to joining the firm, Barr served as a Research Associate at Egon Zehnder, a global executive search and management services firm, where she specialized in executive-level placements for roles specific to Data and Analytics expertise (i.e. Chief Data Officers). She was the leading global knowledge manager for trends in talent management within the data and analytics segment, and led the research on analyzing talent trends in the marketplace through networking and other research methods. Barr was also an active member of the U.S. board placements team.
