Jeff Amlin to manage Etsy's data analytics team, platform and services.
Online, June 19, 2016 (Newswire.com) - WinterWyman Executive Search, a long-standing authority on executive hiring and retained search, announced today that they have placed Jeff Amlin as Etsy's Senior Director of Analytics. WinterWyman Executive Search's Senior Vice President and Partner Mike Fitzgerald led the search along with Lead Associate Mike Greene and were supported by Senior Associate Jemma Colletta and Associate Reed Hallowell. Researchers Wrenford Thaffe and Jessica Joy also supported the search.
In his role, Amlin will manage Etsy's data analytics team, platform and services. Most recently, Amlin held the Data Science Manager position at Facebook after working for the social network as a Monetization Associate. Previously, he was the Transition Specialist for Obama for America where he had previously served as the campaign's Budget Manager. Prior, he was a Business Analyst for McKinsey & Company. Amlin has Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Harvard University.
